AFFORDABLE CONDO TOWNHOUSES FOR SALE

When buyers ask me for affordable condo alternatives one of my most frequent suggestions is "What about a condo townhouse?" 

If you're not one to use all the fancy amenities like a gym, sauna, party room, theatre room and so on, a condo townhouse might make a lot of sense.  Those amenities increase the monthly maintenance fees and it can be a waste if you're not going to be using them.  When you cut out the fluff, you are typically left with a lower more affordable maintenance fee with your utilities seperately metered and therefore you have more control over your expenses.  Plus with a lower monthly fee you can up your budget a bit and potentially end up with a larger, nicer space.
